29 years ethylene oxide sterilizer manufacturer

Brief introduction of disinfection cabinet disinfection

Sterilization of ethylene oxide
Disinfectant, also known as chemical disinfectant, should have the characteristics of being able to kill a variety of pathogenic microorganisms, strong disinfection ability, rapid action, non-toxic, no residue, no corrosion, no stimulation, harmless to people and animals, and low degree of environmental pollution.

Disinfection doesn't kill all the microbes
People often confuse the concept of disinfection with that of sterilization. Disinfection refers to the removal or killing of pathogenic microorganisms on the transmission medium to make it reach the requirements of harmless, not to kill all microorganisms, including spores. Disinfection is not to create a sterile environment, but to prevent and control infectious diseases and kill pathogenic microorganisms. For example, there are E. coli in the unclean water. Use disinfectant to kill the pathogenic bacteria and make the water a harmless drinking water.

Sterilization refers to the elimination or killing of all microorganisms on the media, especially the most resistant bacterial spores. Disinfectants are highly effective disinfectants that can kill all microorganisms, including 100% bacterial spores.

Commonly used disinfectants include glutaraldehyde, ethylene oxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide, chlorine gas, silver hydrogen peroxide, etc. Sterilizer is usually used for space disinfection in clean area, air disinfection in sterile room and surface sterilization of sterile product production equipment. Taking hydrogen peroxide as an example, it is also known as hydrogen peroxide. In medicine, 3% hydrogen peroxide is often used to clean wounds and local antibacterial. When wiping wounds, there will be burning sensation. It should be noted that the concentrated hydrogen peroxide has strong corrosiveness. If the hydrogen peroxide vapor is inhaled carelessly, it will produce strong irritation to the respiratory tract; direct contact of the eyes with the liquid can cause irreversible damage, even blindness. If you take hydrogen peroxide by mistake, you will have poisoning symptoms, such as abdominal pain, vomiting, chest pain, dyspnea, dyskinesia and sensory disturbance, temperature rise, etc.

The disinfectant is not the higher the concentration, the better
Before using disinfectants, organic substances such as feces, sewage or other pollutants in the environment must be completely removed. Because a large number of pathogenic microorganisms are hidden in these organic substances, it will consume or neutralize the effective components of disinfectants and seriously reduce the concentration of the action on pathogenic microorganisms.

The detergent, disinfectant, antibacterial soap, hand sanitizer and anti dandruff shampoo containing phenols can achieve the disinfection effect of daily life. It should be noted that the product should be used properly according to the instructions, and then washed with more water to remove the residual components.
