2. Single dose sterilizer

The small dose ethylene oxide gas tank with independent packaging can directly and safely release ethylene oxide gas into the chamber of sterilizer without additional connecting wires and filters. Before the start of the sterilization process, the sterilizer can self check the sterilization conditions at that time. When the conditions are met, the sterilizer will automatically puncture the air tank and release the sterilizer. At the end of the sterilization procedure, after the air tank and other sterilized articles are ventilated, they can be treated as ordinary medical wastes, convenient and safe.
 

3. 100% pure ethylene oxide system

The sterilization gas is 100% pure ethylene oxide gas, which does not contain CFC (Freon) and HCFC (hydrofluorocarbon), and does not damage the atmosphere. The final environmental decomposition products of the sterilizer are carbon dioxide and water, which are environmentally friendly.
 

4. Whole process negative pressure sterilization procedure

The sterilizer adopts a unique Wen style pump design, which makes the whole process of sterilization in a negative pressure state, completely avoids the leakage of ethylene oxide from the sterilizer, and prevents the staff from contacting the ethylene oxide gas. The negative pressure sterilization procedure, combined with the small dose gas tank and precise mechanical proportion of the sterilization chamber design, also greatly reduces the risk of combustion and explosion of ethylene oxide.
 

5. Control or monitoring of relative humidity:

Have the ability of relative humidity control or monitoring, effectively improve or reflect one of the most important sterilization parameters in the sterilization process.
  • 1. The relative humidity can be controlled in the pre-treatment stage to ensure the best humidity level before the start of sterilization process;
